FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino shared a concerning update on his official “X” account on Saturday, which seemed to indicate a significant and covert level of corruption within the federal government.
In an extensive post, Bongino expressed that what he has witnessed “has shocked me down to my core,” emphasizing that the current management of the country is not sustainable.
“Throughout my time as the Deputy Director of the FBI, I have consistently communicated to you that events are unfolding that may not be immediately apparent, but they are indeed occurring.
The Director and I are dedicated to eradicating public corruption and the political misuse of both law enforcement and intelligence operations,” the post commences. “This is a priority for us. However, what I have discovered during our properly justified and essential investigations into these matters has profoundly shocked me. We cannot operate a Republic in this manner. I will never be the same after uncovering what I have learned.”
He continued: “We will carry out these just and appropriate investigations in accordance with established protocols and the law. We will seek the answers that WE ALL DESERVE. As with any investigation, I cannot foresee the outcome, but I assure you of a sincere and honorable pursuit of truth. Not ‘my truth,’ or ‘your truth,’ but THE TRUTH,” he stated.
Bongino’s enigmatic post follows a week after he was reportedly absent from his office for several days after the Justice Department released a memo asserting that there was no so-called “client list” associated with the late convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, and that no additional information regarding his case would be provided.
However, this development follows multiple disclosures from Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard concerning the fabricated narrative of “Russian collusion” that was propagated by the previous Obama administration against President Donald Trump, which significantly undermined much of his initial term in office.
On Monday, the Department of Justice confirmed that it has received a criminal referral from Gabbard pertaining to her claims that officials from the Obama administration “manufactured and politicized intelligence” to create the narrative of Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election, as reported by Fox News.
Previously, Gabbard made public a collection of newly declassified documents that she asserted contain “overwhelming evidence” indicating that then-President Barack Obama and his national security team established the groundwork for the prolonged Trump-Russia collusion investigation that followed Trump’s victory over former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in 2016.
Gabbard stated on X last Friday regarding the criminal referral, “Their objective was to usurp President Trump and undermine the will of the American populace. Regardless of their power, every individual involved in this conspiracy must be thoroughly investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
“The integrity of our democratic republic hinges on this. We are submitting all documents to the DOJ for criminal referral,” Gabbard further remarked.
In an appearance on Fox News with Maria Bartiromo a week prior, Gabbard detailed the evidence discovered in the case, which she characterized as “overwhelming” proof that officials from the Obama administration orchestrated the groundwork for the Trump-Russia collusion hoax following the 2016 election.
Gabbard remarked on Sunday, “The ramifications of this are, quite frankly, nothing short of historic.”
“The over 100 documents that we released on Friday truly outline and provide evidence of how this treasonous conspiracy was orchestrated by President Obama just weeks before he was set to leave office after President Trump had already been elected,” she stated.
